Experts from the Teaching and Science Research Center of Hongshan Education Bureau visiting

On the afternoon of April 1, the leaders and experts from the Teaching and Science Research Center of Hongshan District Education Bureau visited our school and conducted a half-day routine supervision and examination of teaching.
First Ms. Gan, vice-principle of the school, in charge of teaching introduced to the leaders and experts routine teaching management of the school. She said that adhering to scientific management, improving team building, focusing on teaching and research with the characteristics of our school, the school put improving teaching quality, promoting the growth of teachers as the priority of routine work. Through institutionalized and standardized teaching routine management and integrated, distinctive “School-Based Research and Training”, the school aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching and professional development of teachers. The leaders from the Teaching and Science Research Center of Hongshan District Education Bureau sang high praise for the management and teaching and research work of the school and encouraged us to carry forward this advantage.
Then, accompanied by the school leaders, seven researchers listened to a total of 14 regular classes seven subjects involving Chinese, mathematics, morality and life, science, school-based class and so on. After two classes, the researchers of various subjects conducted a detailed, professional guidance, and gave a fair evaluation. They affirmed the beautiful language, neat writing, excellent basic skills, creative teaching design, superb teaching skills, exquisite courseware etc. At the same time, they were delighted that the teaching process fully prove the concept of “New Curriculum Reform”. They gave suggestions to teachers for better classes and encouraged the new teachers. In the small conference room, the atmosphere was very pleasant.
In addition, the researchers also checked plan on school-based teaching and research activities, plan on four major teaching and research programs and teaching plans of different subjects. They spot check Ms. Xie Hairong’s and other teachers’ recording table of teaching and research activities, and Ms. Gan Aimin’s recording notebook of teaching management of cadres. Due to the wide range of teachers’ participating in teaching and research and their positive attitude, all the data were well-received by the researchers.
Finally, the leaders from the Teaching and Science Research Center of Hongshan District Education Bureau commented that, “the teaching management of the Primary School Attached to Central China Normal University was standard and effective. The teaching, research, the planning, implementation and completion of curriculum change are all excellent. The school-based teaching and research plan was fully implemented. The creation of the mode was full of characteristics. The school attaches great importance to healthy growth of students and teachers. ” Thus school’s overall teaching and discipline construction were evaluated as “excellent (A)”
This supervision and examination for one thing, recognized the achievements of our management, for another thing, raised higher expectations for the teaching and research work in our school. I believe that with the concern and guidance of the Teaching and Science Research Center of Hongshan District Education Bureau, under the leadership of the school leaders, with the hard work of the teachers, the school would make greater progress in the future.
